1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users including customers, restaurant partners, drivers, visitors, and any other party accessing the platform. HalalFood.Com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Platform Disclaimer — No Liability

HalalFood.Com is a technology platform only that connects customers with independent restaurant partners and third-party delivery providers. HalalFood.Com is NOT a restaurant, food manufacturer, food handler, or delivery company.

HalalFood.Com is not responsible for:

• Food quality, safety, taste, or accuracy of any menu item
• Halal status of food at the time of preparation
• Any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or food poisoning
• Delivery delays, errors, accidents, or lost orders
• Acts, omissions, or negligence of any restaurant or delivery provider
• Any incident occurring during delivery by third-party providers
• Accuracy of halal certifications provided by restaurant partners

3. Release of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY USING HALALFOOD.COM, YOU HEREBY FULLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS:

• HalalFood.Com and its platform
• Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. (domain owner)
• All owners, co-owners, and shareholders
• All officers, directors, and managers
• All employees, contractors, and agents
• All operators and administrators
• All affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities

…from ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, any food order, any delivery, or any interaction with a restaurant partner or delivery provider.

This release includes claims for personal injury, food illness, property damage, economic loss, emotional distress, and any other harm. You expressly waive any rights under applicable state or federal law that would otherwise limit this release.

4. Maximum Liability Cap

IN THE EVENT THAT ANY COURT OR ARBITRATOR FINDS HALALFOOD.COM OR ANY RELEASED PARTY LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, THE MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) regardless of the nature of the claim, the legal theory asserted, or the amount of damages alleged. This cap applies to all claims combined.

5. Mandatory Arbitration — No Lawsuits

ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CONTROVERSIES arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of HalalFood.Com shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration — not in court.

• Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules
• Location: Orange County, Florida
• The arbitrator's decision is final, binding, and enforceable
• Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event or are permanently barred
• Each party brings claims only in an individual capacity — no class actions

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of HalalFood.Com, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any dispute between you and a restaurant partner or delivery provider.

7. Food Safety & Halal Disclaimer

HalalFood.Com does not independently verify the halal status of food at the time of preparation. Halal certification is the sole responsibility of the restaurant partner. HalalFood.Com displays certification information as provided by the restaurant and does not guarantee its accuracy.

Users with severe allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the restaurant directly before ordering. HalalFood.Com is not responsible for cross-contamination, mislabeling, or misrepresentation of ingredients.

8. Privacy Policy

HalalFood.Com collects user data including name, email, phone, and delivery address solely to process orders. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored by HalalFood.Com. We do not sell user data to third parties. Data may be shared with restaurant partners and delivery providers solely for order fulfillment. By using the platform you consent to this data use.

9. Platform Rules

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• HalalFood.Com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice
• Fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or platform abuse may result in permanent ban and legal action

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
